Deposit and Payment Policy
To confirm your booking:
120 days prior to departure (For FITs only) — Deposit of 20% of the total amount.Balance payment:
45 days prior to departure (For FITs only) — Remainder 80% to complete total payment including flights to/from Galapagos.Confirmation date:
121 days before departure — Deposit of 15% (FITs) and 20% (Charters).Charters:
90 days prior to departure — Remainder 80% to complete total payment including flights to/from Galapagos.

Important Notes
- Deposits and total payments must be received in our bank account according to the above-mentioned policy.
- If Galapagos Seaman Journey does not receive the deposits or full payments as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
- Cancellations must be sent in writing, by e-mail or fax.
- Penalty fees for cancellations will automatically be deducted from deposits or total payments.
- For all charters, the confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
- There is a surcharge for Christmas and New Year departures; please contact your sales executive for inquiries.
- Rates are subject to change in case of additional taxes, fuel increases, or other unforeseen circumstances.
