Day 2 (Monday) : Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, Yanayacu De Pucate, San Regis, Amazonic Natural Park
Begin with a breakfast picnic on the serene Yanayacu River inside Pacaya Samiria Reserve. Spot pink dolphins and drift peacefully by canoe or even take a swim. Back onboard, savor lunch and dive into a cultural presentation on Amazonic philosophy. In the afternoon, visit the San Regis community where a shaman shares ancestral healing practices. End your visit with a meaningful tree-planting ritual before returning to the boat to enjoy live music and dinner beneath the stars.
Day 3 (Tuesday) : Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, Amazonic Natural Park, Shiriyacu
Wake up to a sunrise ride to Iquitos Brook, a paradise for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts. After breakfast, take a forest walk to a network of hanging bridges, offering stunning treetop views of the jungle. In the afternoon, head to the Shiriyacu stream for a fun and interactive piranha fishing experience using traditional Amazonian gear. Day 4 (Wednesday) : Nauta, Amazon River, Yacapana Creek
Start your day with a wildlife-spotting excursion to Gasparito Brook. Afterward, enjoy a Pisco Sour cocktail demonstration onboard before setting out to explore Marayali Lagoon—home to diverse flora and fauna, including the giant Victoria Regia lily pads. Day 5 (Thursday) : Ucayali River, Vista Alegre, Yarapa, Ucayali River
Kick off the day with a skiff ride along the Ucayali River where colorful birds fill the canopy. Then cruise through the Yarapa River, home to monkeys, sloths, and vibrant parrots. After lunch and some downtime, visit the riverside village of Vista Alegre. With guidance from your naturalists, gain insights into the daily lives and traditions of its inhabitants. Return to La Perla for more live music and a peaceful evening on the water.
Day 6 (Friday) : Ucamara / Confluence (origin Of The Amazon River), Cocha Piranha, Casual, Marañon River
Today, witness the spectacular confluence of the Marañón and Ucayali Rivers—the origin of the Amazon River. Explore Piraña Cocha by boat, a place teeming with wildlife. In the afternoon, hike through the jungle trails of Casual, discovering exotic frogs, insects, and towering “Avatar” trees. You’ll also meet local artisans and have the chance to support them by purchasing handmade crafts. Celebrate your final night with a farewell dinner under the jungle sky.
Day 7 (Saturday) : Nauta, Iquitos, Airport
After breakfast, disembark in Nauta and explore the vibrant local market. En route to Iquitos, stop by the Amazon Forever Bio Park and the Manatee Rescue Center. Learn about the vital rehabilitation efforts for endangered Amazonian wildlife before continuing on to the airport for your journey home.
